Dr. Jart Ctrl-A treatment moisturizer{Review Time}

My Review:
It 's lightweight gel type texture that pretty quickly absorb by the skin. It has a tea tree scent which is not overpowering. It feels refreshing and soothing upon application. It doesn' t irritate and breakout my skin. I feel it mattify also my not so only oily t-zone area. I don't have active pimples as of the moment of using it, but still have few tiny bumps from wearing mask and I observed it starting to be healed, cleared and smoothen the skin. I even double layer this for extra moisture and still it feels light. But i feel the extra moisture vaporize in a few minutes as I feel my skin comes back to its normal moisture level. Well it does moisturize my skin but not so well and it doesn't dry my skin at the same time. It is more of maintaining/keeping the moisture level of the skin rather than adding moisture to my skin. (i think my skin barrier have something to do w/ it, and the cold weather,and only used it for a week, so i will be sharing a follow up review in a few weeks). To keep my skin more hydrated and moisturize, I apply a more hydrating serum/ampoule before it. And I am at ease that it layers well with my other skincare.
