Cloudberry Eye Contour Balm

It is a thin white eye gel. It says balm but its a gel. Its a fine moistuirizer, applying easily. It smells perfume a little, im not a fan of it. Price is cheap so worth a try.

Perfume smell is heavy, and sometimes it burns my eyes.
