This toner is a real unique product from it’s name to it’s tingly experience. It has Lactic Acid which helps penetrates dirt in pores and reducing dark spots. Just like the name it is exactly that. It soothes and restores while applying and drying just like water.

This bottle is the worst to open because once it’s closed too tight… you might have to fight the bottle to open up. It also leaves the skin feeling like a tingly sensation at first and dries down cooling the skin quick.
