This is a clear toner that comes in a nice white and blue packaging for the box and bottle. The texture feels like water and it absorbs quickly. It did not sting or feel sticky at all. I have dry, sensitive, red skin and this was such a soothing experience. My face feels much softer and more hydrated after after using it.
This product costs $16 for a 200 mL, which is good value for this toner. I would definitely recommend this one!
