Lip 2 in 1 Caring Scrub with Rosehip Oil

This product helped a lot with my chapped lips. Just a minor change in the weather will make my lips flake. It is a good moisturizer and I use it as a gloss after putting my lip tint.

There isn’t any spf. The scrub beads are just present at half an inch of the product.
