It has no fragrance. Effects: I have been using this toner for few weeks It's hydrating and provides deep nourishment. It has become one of my holy grail. I use it as my first toner because I do 5 layers. My skin feels healthy and nourished. It's moistursing and light formula. Suitable for all skins. Vegan and cruelty free.
