Soap & Glory - BethanySo review for Glamour Clean Toning Micellar Water

After my home burned down. A friend gave me this bc I had nothing. She also just found it ok. That's really the beat way to describe it. Ok. It feels like it leaves a light film on the skin. And I don't find it to take off make up well. (Which I doubt ke cleanse so not a biggie for me . But thats y my friend didn't like it to begin with) I will give it that it doesn't dry out my already dry skin. And doesn't break me out. The good and the bad kinda even out. That's y it's ok. I've been extremely lucky to have boxes of skincare. That I get sent for reviews from many different places. And their are many other toners I would suggest over this one. In the same price range.
