First time I use this toner I kinda feel uncomfortable using it cause the texture is so thick, I usually use toner with cotton pad but this one's texture just like essence or serum. So I decided to try it with cotton pad, surprisingly it's still cleanse and sooths my skin like other watery toner. But then I try to use it without cotton pad, it's also okay, I love using this toner both ways.
My skin feels refresh and moisturized using this toner, it helps to boost the moisturizing effect for the next step of my skincare.
