Texture and Scent; The pads are made of 100% unbleached cotton seed. Filled with 130ml of creamy, milky toner. Unscented. Personal Evaluation; This toner pad is packed with 30% rice water that helps to nourish & hydrate the skin. The ingredients in this toner claims to brighten & reduce the appearance of potential wrinkle. The pure unbleached cotton pad is gentle enough to remove extra residue after cleansing without irritating the skin. Contains 130ml of creamy milky toner that helps to prevent drying & ensure the pads stays moist for a long time. The unscented milky toner does not leave any stickiness nor greasiness. It's lightweight, surprisingly. Result wise, I truly enjoyed how hydrating this is. I usually use this as a quick mask pack as it gives a nice amount of hydration, while giving a refreshing feel without being heavy at all despite the creamy-looking toner texture.
