as someone in her mid-20s, iβve started paying more attention to anti-ageing skincare products and slowly incorporate 1 or 2 into my routines. i mean, itβs never too early, right? π
@facerepublic.sgβs Blooming Forever Nourishing Serum aims to reduce wrinkles & improve skinβs firmness with star ingredient Idebenone & other flower-derived ingredients. it also targets two of my biggest concerns, hyperpigmentation & dark spots! on top of that, itβs also free of alcohol, fragrance & EOs. π

πΌπππππππ: clear and viscous gel consistency that looks orange in the bottle. feels sticky and tacky on initial application, but fades once absorbed and layered with another product.
πΌππΎπππ: i noticed a very very subtle sweet floral + honey scent, probably derived from its natural ingredients. the scent is almost undetectable.
i love the cooling sensation it provides when spread across the skin, leaving a nice subtle glow afterwards. π€© i can definitely support the brightening claims as my complexion somehow looks more radiant and less dull after each use. β¨ i didnβt experience any breakout or irritation too which is always a good thing!
overall, this is a good serum to look out for if youβre looking to start on your anti-aging regimen. i probably wonβt purchase this in the near future, but i will continue to use my current bottle until itβs finished and update if i see any other significant changes. β¨
i have been using this serum on my day, sometimes night, routine for a month and while i donβt hate it, i donβt love it either. hear me out. iβm probably not the right target demographic for this product as i do not have wrinkles and fine lines to begin with, hence i canβt stand behind the main claims of this product yet.
in regards to hyperpigmentation and dark spots, i think my vitamin c, tranexamic acid & retinol are doing a much better job in tackling them.
