It's a 2-in-1 product that serves the functions of Toner and Ampoule. It contains high concentration of Bifida Biome which shields skin from external aggressors. It also helps replenish hydratation thanks to 10 types of Hyaluronic Acid with different molecular weights. It also contains PHA that help remove dead skin cells gently.
I think this product is really good. I struggle with deshydration and my skin was full of these small fine lines typical of dehydration. They have decreased a lot thanks to this toner and other highly hydrating products. It's not the most hydrating toner ever but it's pretty good, especially if your skin loves HA. It's a bit too watery to my like but it's no big deal. I love that it contains so many good ingredients and that the size of the bottle is big (400mL). Don't be afraid of the PHA in the formulation, it's really gentle.
Overall, it's not a game changer for me but that product is great at hydrating your skin and replenishing your moisture barrier, it leaves your skin clean and smooth. If you dont' like heavier toners like the Laneige CSR or the I'm From Rice Toner, this one will be perfect!
