FRUDIA is a Korean skincare brand that got it’s name from combining the words “fruit” and “dia” (Greek word for “by” or “for”) and creates it’s products combining the power of fruits with the modern science.
The brand uses its own, patented, low temperature extraction technology that extracts and preserves nutrients and vitamins from entire fruit, including seeds and peels.
The FRUDIA has four skincare collections. Each line of products is based on the benefits of a single fruit and targets specific skin concern.
FRUDIA Blueberry Hydrating line is formulated with Blueberry Extract for skin lacking hydration.
🫐Blueberry Hydrating Cream is a lightweight, but intensive gel type moisturizer that maintains skin hydrated for 48 hours.
The lightweight purple gel spreads easily on the skin and absorbs well, however it does leave a bit of stickiness on my oily skin and it’s finish is dewier then I’d like. Therefore, I just use it as a night time moisturizer and my skin feels good in the morning! It definitely does provide hydration and nourishment and my skin feels soft, plump and supple.
Like the rest of the products from the line, it does contain fragrance. The scent is sweet and fruity and is not bothering me in any way, but it might be an issue for people with sensitive skin, so please do patch test!
Overall, it’s a good gel type moisturizer that will be the most suitable for dry skin without sensativity to fragrance!
