It claims to “soothe” sensitive and irritated skin and it does exactly that. I actually bought this hoping it would help with blemishes and sometimes it does wonders overnight, other times it doesn’t do much. So in terms of performance I don’t see the consistency. I would apply a tiny amount on the affected area and not cover the entire face. The cream doesn’t absorb well and leaves white cast so I use it at night. I don’t use it every day as part of my pm routine, only when needed. I noticed that it’s not that effective for the active acne, but once it’s not active it’s a great cream for further healing of the skin.
I like how it smells. It’s herbal and quite noticeable, not light.
The texture is thick, but somehow feels airy too. If you put it on your entire face it’ll feel heavy, but because it’s so soft it’s almost airy. It’s not greasy/oily feeling, which is amazing. Feels nice on the skin, no redness nor itchiness.

For me, the cream is like a mystery: every time I apply it I’m not sure if it’ll deliver the results I’m looking for. However, it does exactly what it says it would do, which is to soothe the skin, so other than not satisfying my personal expectations, there’s nothing bad about this cream.
