Madagascar Centella Tone Brightening Boosting Toner comes in a 210ml, sturdy plastic bottle. It has water like consistency and is very runny. It also boasts powerful presence of Cica along with brightening agents and gentlest plant based exfoliants and extracts (apple,grape,plum blossom and papaya). Much like the ampoule it was formulated to skin concerns such as acne, sensitivity, pore-care, and inflammation and redness. According to my personal experience, Since this was very runny in texture, I used the 7 skins technique with this toner. I however did not layer it seven times, four layers were enough for me. Personally I felt that this toner would be perfect in summers, especially in the humid spell and was not great for winters. I have consistently used this for a month and now have stored it away for using it in coming hotter months. Two things that I loved the most about this line is the genius and powerful fusion of skin barrier strengthening and brightening, and the other is the generous sizes of the products. Would I purchase it? Maybe, for now. Since I will test it further in summers. 3.5/5
