This stuff is unbelievable! So good. If you have any kind of break out happening this will bust it - asap. I usually use a cotton swab and dab some on a zit, leave it 20 minutes and clean it off. It dries the zit out, often in one treatment. You will see markedly reduced redness and inflammation right away. And it leaves the rest of your skin fine, no dry patches or flaky skin to worry about. It even seems to help reduce that deep acne that's far below the skin and hurts to the touch but doesn't have a visible "zit". This is absolutely a holy grail product.
