This is a cleansing balm that removes makeup, dirt, and oil. It has a thick balm-to-oil texture and consistency, and a mild fruity scent. It contains papaya enzymes, which is a gentle exfoliant that helps smooth uneven texture, brightens the skin, and fade dark spots.
This is a great cleansing balm! It breaks down into an oil quickly, and removes makeup rather effectively. Although this product is pricey, you get a large container and you don’t need to use a lot of product at once, so one container will last you a while. This left my eyes a little blurry after, but it’s nothing compared to other cleansing balms I’ve tried in the past. My skin doesn’t feel greasy nor tight and dried out once the oil is washed off.

↣ Blueberry Extract (soothes and protects skin)
↣ Strawberry Fruit Extract (antioxidant, high in vitamin C, hydrates and soothes skin)
↣ Alkanet Root Extract (conditions skin)
↣ Capsicum Fruit Extract (antimicrobial, antioxidant, protects and conditions skin)

I’m not a fan of fruity smells, so I was glad that the scent here is mild and goes away once the product is washed off. I did notice that it left a little mascara left over, so I had to use micellar water to remove the remnants. Also, I’d prefer if this came with a spatula. Unless I missed it and accidentally threw it out😅
Overall, this is a good cleansing balm and does its job. However, there are many cleansing balms on the market for half the price of this one, so I don’t think I’d repurchase this product. I’m continuing on using this product, so my opinion on it can change.
