This product is really good for acne prone skin. This ampoule has a lightweight, gel/watery consistency, which absorbs nicely into the skin. including, small visible white beads derived from Madagascar Centella Asiatica, which dissolve upon application. the ampoule does not feel greasy or taut, but it does, however, feel slightly sticky on application. it does not irritate my skin and it’s a great product for acne-prone skin like mine. I am unsure if this has any hint of fragrance as I’m still recovering from influenza (seasonal) and my sense of smell is still very poor.
Although this ampoule is amalgamated with several skin-friendly brightening elements. I still haven’t noticed any improvement with my stubborn post-acne hyperpigmentation. But it did provide a great amount of hydration to my skin. I am aware that TXA is an amazing ingredient for PIE/PIH and it’s not an overnight treatment. it does take a while (12 weeks max?) for TXA to fully see any significant outcome (depending on the individual as well). So, I will continue to use this product and will do further update with any changes. It is also important to note that this product can make you more photosensitive, so ensure to incorporate a 30+ SPF into your routine and reapply as much as you can throughout the day.
