The balance of soothing, gently exfoliating to smooth out the skin texture. I've used the toner in both my am and pm routine. Really love using this product which has the watery texture, easy to spread, and absorbed quickly into the skin without stickiness.
Due to its lightweight texture. I didn't find this to provide deep or long lasting hydration (on my dehydrated skin) even when I layered it 3 times. But I really enjoy using this in CSM way. I recommend this for oily to sensitive skin types.
