It has a fresh, milky texture that quickly absorbs into the skin, helping boost the next product's effect. Once fully absorbed into my skin, it leaves skin looking plump and feeling soft without a greasy finish on my skin. As a creamy toner actually it's less creamy, it's more of light water milk.
