Came in a glossy white tube with a spiral-brush spoolie and a small soft sponge at the tip of the spoolie. Clear liquid with a sticky consistency. Super lightweight with a noticeable coconutty fragrance. Been using this for almost two weeks now and I'm really amazed by the result. For someone with a sensitive eye area and has short and thin lashes, I didn't experience any irritation nor allergies with this lash serum rather t'was a pleasant experience. I've been looking forward to using eye lash serum that isn't castor oil and this product this really did its job in achieving beautiful long thick lashes. However, when applied near the waterline, it does stings badly other than that this product is a gem! I just wish this product is conveniently available in drugstores.
