Tomato Glass Skin Makeup Cleansing Oil Balm

I was looking for affordable cleansing balms in the Philippines, budget friendly for students, and locally available. I found this and so far so good. I have been using this since Septembert/October and I didn't experience purging or break outs but it is wash off so I'm not expecting much.

It has fragrance but it did not irritate my skin or whatsoever.
