Rice Water Bright Cleansing Facial Wipes

It does remove makeup well from hands and etc but doesn’t work for bigger jobs.

I might’ve gotten a bad pack, but mine were fairly dry and didn’t want to remove makeup. It irritated my skin (because it was so dry) and I ended up using it to remove makeup on my hands instead of using it on my face.
