What was good about it? I think the smell is calming. Thats it. Nothing else

Claiming that it suits for all skin types, even for sensitive skins. But there are 4 ingredients aren't suitable for those with sensitive skin. After using it twice, pimples popped up everywhere. It also made my face feels tight and dryyy. I dont see where the 'soothing' part plays role here.
