Let’s start with the packaging. Haruharu’s packaging is always on point! The color scheme of the bottle is beautiful and the size and shape of the bottle looks cute (even if it’s huge). Who doesn’t want pretty things in their vanity? This toner contains 2,000ppm black rice extract that enhances the skin elasticity, hyaluronic acid that moisturizes the skin, betaine that boosts collagen, xanthan gum that protects the skin, and lavender oil. This has a slightly viscous texture. It takes a while for it to sink into the skin but our skin feels so hydrated once fully absorbed. it has a bit of a slimy, sticky feeling which is why we prefer to use it in our night routine. We enjoyed the lavender scent this came with. It was very relaxing. We did not experience any skin irritations with this one. This product layers well. We tried layering this product up to three layers. Our skin feels hydrated and supple even with just one layer but layering this gave even better results.
