Centella Calming Ampoule Toner

This toner boosts Centella. Maybe Centella and I are not friends. That might be it. Other ingredients include glycerin, jojoba oil and a ton of other stuff. I don’t think the ingredients are bad. My non-expert eye believes this is an okay toner, just nothing special. This consistency reminds me of thicken water. Imagine you add thicken powder to water. It is very serum like. It goes on clear and adds nothing

Have you ever bought a product and thought, “what now?” That’s how I feel about this toner. It literally added nothing to my routine. It didn’t calm, hydrate, clear or even make me smile. It was just another potion to add my face.
