I haven't tested the previous version but this renewed formula is just OK for my combination skin as it can be easily incorporated in my routine.It blends easily and doesn't pill badly under make up .It doesn't leave me like a grease ball at the end of the day as it dries to a semi-matte finish.It feels so transparent to my skin and i don't feel the weight of applying a moisturizing sunblock. i enjoy using this sunscreen even in winter inspite of the high presence of Titanium dioxide as the presence of moisturizing nourishing emollients counter the effect of dryness .I feel like this sunacreen would be enough to end my AM routine right after cleansing and toning as i live in hot humid tropical country.In terms of its moisturizing effect i am pretty much satisfied as it not too overly moisturizing and it give a whisper of hydration . But i experience a little shine like a glazed donut on my face when i went outside wearing mask.It is not sweat and water resistant . When i reapply it gave a greasy feeling and it has that build up effect which usually occurs when you layer a lot of product on top of the other . It is free from fragrance ,alcohol ,essential oil which is a plus for my sensitive skin.
