This smells like tea tree, and is a bit thick and sticky when applied. My skin is used to all the actives here but it didn’t react well when I patch-tested behind my ear and at the side of my neck on different days. As the patch test didn’t go well, I never used it on my face but I did try it once on a new pimple under my jaw — burned and itched so bad. 

This isn’t for me, but YMMV.

This is a local (PH) and affordable option acne gel that is formulated with acne-fighting actives (Salicylic Acid, Niacinamide, and Tea Tree Oil) and soothing ingredients (Aloe Vera Extract & Panthenol).
