3 things I was not vry happy with 1️⃣Mine was with a malfunction pump head 2️⃣ Difficult to grip on the square cylinder bottle to pump out the content esp when your hands are wet/soapy & you wanted to enjoy an extra pump 3️⃣Charcoal powder forming sediment at the bottom. Don't know what to do with it besides trying to shake/stir to make them loose

Unscented foaming gel cleanser with charcoal this is it. Cleanser itself is pretty good, it doesn't strip off skin moisture & leaves a hydrating after wash feel
