I think this is a good moisturizer + primer combo like it says because it's so silky and sits like a primer on my dry face.
It has good claims like airy and cloud like and they are definitely true!
So heavily fragranced, perfume is so high on the ingredients list.
And I didn't find it hydrating to my skin at all.
