It absorbs quickly into the skin, with no greasy or oily residue. After using, i found this toner is extremely gentle to the skin and it is able to soothes & calm irritated skin. I would soak it with a cotton pad and place on irritated parts of my skin.

The toner is brown in colour and i felt like it leaves a slight stain on the face when apply without cotton pad.
