Calming Deep Moisture Toner

A really basic toner that helped to soothe my skin with Centella Asiatica. My skin is currently quite dry so I can’t attest to the sebum control claims (White Willow Bark Extract). However I didn’t notice any changes in my pores despite it containing AHA and PHA.
