This is a very lightweight gel-cream containing 4% of mandelic acid and gluconolacton (each). Because the texture is so light I’ve used this gel like a serum and applied a more occlusive cream over and it worked great. It brings a gentle exfoliating benefits, and because its so gentle, I was able to use it every day. The skin gets smoother over time, the breakouts were really rare and I din’t experience a y irritation on my rosacea affected cheeks.
