On the bottle it says to use daily, which I initially did when I first purchased it. However that really irritated my skin, making it red and dry. I personally use it once weekly, and it is great. I don't think it should be used daily at all, unless the skin troubles are extreme.

This cleanser is very good and has fixed my skin texture issue (non-fungal tiny subclinical acne on the forehead). It also has aided in clearing my post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This has been a great product for me, at a drugstore price.
