Seaweed Clarifying Toner

I really love the Body Shop's seaweed line. This is a very solid affordable toner. It smells nice, it removes grime off of your face, it is gentle and non irritating. It has never caused me to break out. A great toner to start off with or to have in your routine as a back up.

It is more of a cleansing toner than a hydrating toner. For the hydration step you will need another product because this alone can leave your skin feeling a little bit tight.
