Bioderma - Stelitxa98 review for Atoderm Intensive Eye

It is also advertised as a makeup base/cleanser but I didn't find it to be super effective. Had this recommended by my derm after having flaky skin around the eyes, so I guess I expected it to be more effective. Unfortunately it did not do much unless I exfoliated first (in hindsight, I should have expected that). Don't expect a miracle.
