💭My Thoughts: THIS IS A MUST for people who struggle with dry flakey skin and problems with their makeup looking flakey/patchy. My winter skin is dry and sometimes my skin can be dry even in the summer after being in a chlorine filled pool. Because if this my foundation lays on my face and looks flakey.
