Torriden - villemo20 review for Dive-in Low-Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Toner

I use this toner in pair with serum It has a watery texture and i usually soak cotton pad with it and applied to the skin. It claims to be hydrating but that's not the case in my example. I just feel like it's not hydrating enough, hence i aways use it withthw toner. It's just basic toner that is not bad but also not the best. I will continue using it tho as toners are staple in my routine
