I received this product for free from Picky and Torriden in exchange for my honest review.
Comes in a huge clear bottle. Toner itself has a watery consistency and is extremely lightweight. Has a great stopper that helps to control the amount of liquid dispensed. I usually use my hands to apply the product onto my skin so I'm really particular about stoppers.
Personally for me, I find that I still need to layer this twice or thrice to achieve the optimum moisture level for my dehydrated and combination skin.
