This cleansing butter easily melts into a silky oil once applied to the skin and then emulsifies into a milky wash once a bit of water is applied. Both butters are made with sunflower seed oil, soybean oil, chamomile extract, and squalene, which are supposed to replenish, calm, strengthen, and moisturize the skin. The nourishing melt is also formulated with edelweiss extract, which strengthens the skin barrier. They both easily melt away sunscreen and makeup, leaving behind a soft, clean, and smooth face. But keep in mind that this is a product meant for the first cleanse, and should be followed up with a water-based cleanser. I’m really happy with the performance of these cleansing butters and I look forward to trying more products from this brand 💖
