I didn't find it really did much.  It wasn't very hydrating and I didn't see any changes in my skin one way or another.  Had it been inexpensive it could have been a nice, light summer product, but at the price, I'd expect something more.  I'd also say that with the fragrance, it's probably not a great choice if you have sensitive skin.

This has a lovely, floral scent that's not over powering and has a silky, light texture and it quickly absorbs to leave my skin feeling soft.  It has nice packaging and I certainly felt like it was a luxury experience.
