I got a sample size of this before looking at the full-sized product. As Haruharu has quite a few very fragranced products, I want to be safe while purchasing because I'm very sensitive to scents.
The essence is very watery and lightweight, I liked that! It's a colorless liquid that spreads easily and you don't need much, I can see a full size of this product lasting quite a while.
It didn't irritate my skin, it could've been more hydrating though
I could imagine oily skin types benefitting from this essence more
I love lavender but in this case the scent was way too strong and overwhelming. The product also didn't impress me, there's better out there. I'm glad I tried a sample because I wouldn't purchase the full size
