✨Texture + consistency: A lightweight non-sticky lotion with a runny consistency, it absorbs quickly when applied onto damp skin post shower. It has a yellowish white colour and no fragrance.
✨ Ingredients: Key ingredients include ✅0.2% Retinol: Star ingredient; anti-aging, collagen building, acne fighting 👏🏻
✅AHAs: mild exfoliation for smooth skin
✅Hyaluronic acid: humectant to hydrate your skin
✅Trehalose: humectant to hydrate your skin; tbh this one’s a comparatively newer ingredient that I’ve heard about
✨My experience: After using it for 21 days I can say that it helps with hyperpigmentation and body acne a lot. During summers I tend to get body acne (mainly on my shoulders and upper back) but after using this retinol lotion, I could literally see (and feel!) the difference. My skin feels smoother. Also, you know those annoyingly pesky bumps you get on your arms? Yeah, this has been veryyy helpful in dealing with those too. 🥳 I also have hyperpigmentation on my elbows, knees, and inner thighs (due to chafing from tight clothes). The lotion is slowly working its magic 🪄 to lighten all those dark patches. 🙌🏻
✨I can’t comment on its wrinkles reducing ability yet but my mom has started using it and she loves it so far (she asked me to order a retinol serum for her face too lmaoo). I’ll keep you guys posted on her results.
✨Packaging: Comes in a huge plastic tube. It dispenses easily, a little too easily in my opinion. 🙈 I think the packaging can be improved so that the lotion doesn’t ooze right out when you open the lid.
✨Price: Retails for INR 1,199 for 200ml.
