Ethyl 5% Ascorbic Acid

product review positives
This Vitamin C serum comes in a UV-protective bottle and a dropper. It has a lightweight viscous-y texture. It reminds me of Krave Beauty's Great Barrier Relief. It also has a mild herbal scent, almost like ginseng (i guess?????). When I applied this, it glides easily on the skin and has really fast absorption rate. It gives a dewy finishing on the skin which I do not mind at all. As for the efficacy and does it work as it claims, I would say 50/50. I notice that my skin complexion has brighten and it actually evens out my my skin tone. Overall, for such a reasonable price, this Vitamin C serum is a good product to introduce that particular ingredient in your routine. It is great for both, oily and dry skin, and since they used Vitamin C derivative, it is also good for those with sensitive skin. I have been eyeing their other serums too!
product review negatives
However, for a hyperpigmentation, I could not see much differences but since I have been testing this out for three weeks, I might need some more time. I applied this right before my moisturizer in AM routine.
