Daily Skin Hydrating Water

This toner does what it promises, it adds hydration to your skin. Theres no moisture, no body to it, just a watery light toner that can be layered several times with no heavy feeling to it. I like the minimalist list of I gredient and the 500 ml bottle. It's very cost effective.

I have tried hydrating toners that hydrate better than this one but is still quite good.

Also the Soon Jung toner is very good: watery, hydrating, calming and layerable.

I really like the Benton Deep Green toner so much. It's so watery, hydrating, soothing and calming. It can be layered many, many times without it ever feeling heavy on the skin. It's fantastic!
