I used upgrade version if this product. It have ph balanced so i also can say it a balancing toner. The packaging is very simple. The bottle is made of transparent blue plastic. With a white lid. It smells as fresh as an citrus. Contain Glycolic Acid, mild exfo♡ dry skin friendly. And niacinamide for brighten skin. Have watery texture but suprisingly it can hydrate my dry skin. And leaves a little sticky feel. But i love that feel. The price is so affordable
