📈Pro’s: This is used as a makeup primer or a color correcting cream for your makeup base. You may notice firsthand is that this product is not thick and you cannot feel the silicon plastic-like from the usual primers that hey usually have.
When first applied to the skin, you can notice that it can easily glide into your skin but you may be surprised at first since it immediately gives off that white cast but upon spreasing it into your face, it gradually blends into your skin. I noticed that whenever I use this as my primer, the makeup base that I use allows it to glide better and look more naturally into the skin. One of the best things in this primer is the high concentration of SPF. It has SPF 30+++ UVB + UVA Broad Spectrum protection so you can be assured of the sun protection.
📈Con’s: The things that I noticed with this is the price range and the packaging. Ellana Minerals is a local brand that is catered for sensitive skin and are derma-recommendes products. This may be the reason why their prpducts are at the high end. Also, almost all of their packaging for their primers is contained into this sachet packaging which I sometimes find good and bad. Good because it is travel friendly while bad because it may not be sturdier and may cause leak if not put carefully in the right storage.
👋Helpful advice: One word: SUNSCREEN. This product is highly recommendes for those who have sensitive skin and wants to find a primer that can cater their skin needs. This primer from Ellana really boosts sun protection with making your skin look brighter. But I think that this primer may still be best used with those with Dry to Normal skin type. I am a fan of the products from Ellana Minerals and I am still using their products until today.
