Carmex - pasteltulips review for Original Tube

Not hydrating but great for keeping it locked- "Petrolatum works by creating an occlusive (protective) barrier over the skin. So it does seal the moisture in, however it doesn’t allow moisture to be absorbed into the skin from the atmosphere (some people term this as the skin not being able to breathe)." So its meant to be as a layer and the fragrance is like a medical room smell but overall its okay and i use it but i prefer vasaline.
