Pantothenic Water Parsley Toner

I don't have any acne, but I have oily skin. My skin is sensitive to heat as well. This toner helps calm my skin and soothes any irritations. This is my first time to try a parsley toner. The scent didn't bother me. I like it.

No bad effects on my skin so Far. I will continue to use this toner.
