This was my first hair serum that I tried. I've always had healthy hair but after bleaching, my hair was quite dry and I had a lot of split ends.
This really helped bring a lot of moisture and shine back into my hair. It did make my hair much softer as well.
I use a few drops before my hair is completely dry after a shower and days I need help with frizz. I don't use it on my scalp because as an oily skin type, I deal with an oily scalp as well.
This product is also said to provide extra protection when using heat. I don't style my hair with heat so I'm not sure about this one.
