When I first received this product (free with no obligation to post) I was a bit worried since I don’t have the best track record when it comes to physical exfoliation and I’m not the biggest fan. For context I have very sensitive combination skin that gets red very very easily.
The instructions indicate that you should use this product twice a day. Knowing how my skin tends to react I went with every other night and that seems to be as much as I can handle. One thing I really like is the fresh scent which made for a nice experience. As a note, when I’ve use it I make sure I’m super gentle and don’t spend too much time rubbing.
If you like physical exfoliation, look to minimize the steps of your routine and/or have more resistant skin this product might be a great option for you.
Personally, twice a day is way too much, specially considering I already use other exfoliating ingredients, but at night when I use heavy makeup seems like the best way to try to incorporate it to my routine.
If your skin tends to react badly to physical exfoliation I wouldn’t go with this product.
